ひとおと（Hitooto、以下「本サービス」）は、ブラウザで音楽を作成・再生・書き出しできるサービスです。このページでは、本サービスにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。
1. 楽曲とプロジェクトの保存
入力した音符、曲名、音色などの編集内容はブラウザ内で処理し、続きから編集するために端末のローカルストレージに自動保存します。プロジェクトファイルの読み込み、WAV・MIDI・プロジェクトファイルの書き出しもブラウザ内で行います。本サービスの機能として、これらの楽曲データや読み込んだファイルを運営者のサーバーへアップロードすることはありません。
自動保存データは、同じブラウザで上書きされるか、利用者がサイトデータを削除するまで残ります。ブラウザの設定から削除できますが、保存していない曲も失われるため、大切な曲は先にファイルへ書き出してください。ダウンロードしたファイルはご自身で管理・削除してください。
2. Google Analytics
本サービスの利用状況を把握して改善するため、Google Analyticsを利用しています。作曲ページの「Google解析を許可」を選択した場合にのみ解析タグを読み込みます。閲覧情報、端末・ブラウザに関する情報、音符の初回入力、サンプル読み込み、再生、WAV・プロジェクト書き出しなどの操作の種類を計測します。独自の計測イベントに曲名・音程・楽曲やファイルの内容を含めません。
Google AnalyticsはCookieなどを利用します。作曲ページ下部の「Google解析を拒否」で、その後の本サービスからの解析イベント送信を停止し、本サイトのGoogle Analytics用Cookieの削除を試みます。許可・拒否の選択はローカルストレージに保存します。拒否しても作曲・保存は利用できます。撤回しても既に送信された情報が自動的に削除されるわけではありません。
Googleシグナルと広告パーソナライズ用シグナルは、本サービスのAnalytics設定では無効にしています。Googleによる処理・保存については、GoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleによるパートナーサイトの情報の利用をご確認ください。
3. Cloudflareによる配信と解析
本サービスはCloudflare Pagesで配信しています。サイトの配信や安全性の確保のため、CloudflareはIPアドレス、リクエスト、端末・ブラウザに関する技術情報を処理することがあります。また、Cloudflare Web Analyticsを利用して閲覧・ページの読み込み性能を把握しています。Cloudflareの説明によると、この解析は解析用Cookieやローカルストレージを使用しません。Google Analyticsの許可・拒否とは別の仕組みです。

4. 広告・Cookie
本サービスは広告配信のためGoogle AdSenseのタグを設置しています。広告の表示は審査状況や配信設定などにより異なります。Googleなどの第三者配信事業者は、利用者による本サイトや他のサイトへの過去のアクセスに基づいて広告を配信するため、Cookieや類似技術を使用することがあります。Googleの広告Cookieにより、Googleやそのパートナーが訪問履歴に基づく広告を表示する場合があります。
パーソナライズド広告はGoogleのマイアドセンターで設定できます。他の広告事業者については、第三者広告のオプトアウトページもご参照ください。Cookieはブラウザの設定でも管理できます。
広告用の同意画面が表示される場合は、その画面から同意の選択・設定変更を行えます。作曲ページのGoogle Analytics用ボタンは広告の同意を管理するものではありません。本ポリシーの公開のみで、広告用の同意管理が設定済みになるわけではありません。
5. お問い合わせと情報の取り扱い
お問い合わせで受け取ったメールアドレス、お名前（ご記載の場合）、相談内容は、対応・連絡および必要な記録のために使用します。不要になった情報は削除するよう努めます。問い合わせ先はGmailを利用しており、メールはGoogleのサービスを通じて処理されます。
配信・解析・広告・メールなどに必要な情報は、上記のサービス提供者によって日本国外で処理される場合があります。各事業者の情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのポリシーをご確認ください。問い合わせ情報を上記の目的を超えて第三者へ提供する場合は、法令で認められる場合を除き、ご本人の同意を得ます。
6. ご相談・権利に関する請求
本サービスが保有するご自身の情報の確認、訂正、削除、利用停止などをご希望の場合は、下記へご連絡ください。ご本人確認を行ったうえで、適用される法令に従って対応します。端末内の楽曲データは運営者から参照・削除できないため、ブラウザのサイトデータ設定で管理してください。

Hitooto is a browser-based music creation, playback and export tool. This policy explains how information is handled by the service.
1. Music and project storage
Notes, song names and sound settings are processed in your browser. Project data is automatically saved in local storage so you can resume editing. Project imports and WAV, MIDI and project exports also take place in your browser. The service does not upload your music data or imported files to the operator's server.
Automatic recovery data remains until overwritten or cleared through your browser's site-data settings. Export important projects before clearing site data, as doing so removes your locally saved work. You manage and delete downloaded files yourself.
2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the service. Its tag loads only after you choose “Allow Google Analytics” on the music page. Measurements include page visits, device and browser information, and operation types such as first note entry, sample loading, playback and WAV or project export. Custom events do not include song names, pitches, music data or file contents.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. “Decline Google Analytics” at the bottom of the music page stops subsequent analytics events from this service and attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in local storage. Composing and saving work remain available if you decline. Withdrawal does not automatically delete information already transmitted.
Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in our Analytics configuration. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for its processing and storage practices.
3. Cloudflare hosting and analytics
Cloudflare Pages hosts this service. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requests and technical device or browser information to deliver and protect the site. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page-loading performance. According to Cloudflare, this analytics service does not use analytics cookies or local storage. It operates separately from the Google Analytics preference.

4. Advertising and cookies
The site includes a Google AdSense tag. Whether ads appear depends on approval and serving settings. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and consult the third-party advertising opt-out page. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Where an advertising consent message is displayed, use it to make or change your choices. The music page's Google Analytics buttons do not control advertising consent. Publishing this policy alone does not activate an advertising consent management system.
5. Contact information and service providers
If you contact us, we use your email address, name (if supplied) and message to respond, communicate and retain necessary records. We aim to delete information when it is no longer needed. Our contact mailbox uses Gmail, so messages are processed through Google's service.
The providers identified above may process information needed for hosting, analytics, advertising or email outside Japan. Their respective policies explain their practices. We obtain your consent before sharing inquiry information beyond the purposes above, except where permitted by law.
6. Requests and contact
For access, correction, deletion or restrictions concerning your information held by this service, contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. The operator cannot access or delete music stored on your device; manage it through your browser's site-data settings.
